Treatment with Wnt-3a induced a hyperphosphorylation of Dvl-3, an increase in Akt phosphorylation (Ser473), and raised the levels of "active" β-catenin in the absence (pBabeV, vector), but not in the presence of the SFRP-4 cells.Back to article page
